Hi, my name is Andrea Hernandez and I am thrilled to join PULP as their Grants & Communication Specialist!
Recently graduating from Lebanon Valley College with a BA in Political Science, I spent my undergrad years involved in student government and extracurriculars that pertained to the Latinx and LGBTQ+ communities. During my final year of college, I became an intern for PULP where I learned that utility service is a human right.
Before arriving at PULP, I worked part-time as an associate in a meat processing plant and would also work part-time as a legal secretary. Having experience from jobs completely different within their nature has allowed me to obtain a unique experience and a valuable outlook on the world.
Outside of work and academics, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also always try to make time for a good book with a hot cup of coffee and a breathtaking hike.
