HumanGood and Inglis celebrate the grand opening of Makemie Court.

HumanGood and Inglis Housing Corporation, have cut the ribbon and opened Makemie Court. The new four-story, mid-rise building is an affordable living community serving low- and moderate-income seniors, as well as adults with disabilities, in Yeadon, Delaware County.

The new four-story building has forty-four one-bedroom apartment homes with smart home technology. There is also a community room with kitchen facilities for gatherings. The residents enjoy a commissary and a large laundry room. There are gardens surrounding Makemie Court for the residents to enjoy. In addition to the amenities, residents are able to have pets.

RHLS Executive Director Dina Schlossberg and Senior Attorney Kim Dolan worked on the deal. Makemie Court will be managed by HumanGood, and will offer supportive services to its residents.
