Please join RHLS in congratulating Rachel Blake in her new position at RHLS – Director of Strategic Initiatives.
In this new role, Rachel will manage a group of short-term and long-term strategic projects. This focus will give RHLS the flexibility to evolve and adapt to address organizational needs and external situations. For example, Rachel has been working to facilitate decision-making around RHLS’s Development Services staffing and priorities and addressing other internal organizational issues.
Rachel will soon begin focusing on forward-looking projects, such as updating our existing strategic plan and integrating our strategic priorities with our fundraising strategy.
There have been many changes recently at RHLS, and our transition period has been very busy and productive. We are always grateful to Rachel for her hard work and thoughtful leadership. Congratulations, Rachel!
