The Shriver Center has published an article co-authored by Mark Schwartz, RHLS Executive Director; Judy Berkman, RHLS Managing Attorney; and Rachel Garland, Staff Attorney Community Legal Services. The article, “How a Decade of Persistent Advocacy Changed Housing Policies in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania” discusses the history of advocacy around making affordable housing safer for victims of domestic violence and details recent successes.
