As an Independence Foundation Fellow and Staff Attorney with RHLS, Justin helps community organizations and coalitions achieve lasting affordability and equitable development in gentrifying Philadelphia neighborhoods. Previously, Justin was a legal intern in the Homeownership and Consumer Rights Unit at Community Legal Services, and a judicial intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. As a law student, Justin represented low-income clients in homeownership and utility matters in the Community Lawyering Clinic at Drexel University and served as the Executive Symposium Editor of the Drexel Law Review. Justin received his J.D. summa cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Temple University.
