Justin Hollinger, Esq., Staff Attorney


Justin represents nonprofit organizations in a variety of transactions and projects designed to expand affordability and advance equity for low-income households in Pennsylvania. His work includes affordable homeownership, affordable rental housing, community land trusts, community benefits agreements, and nonprofit formation.

Previously, Justin worked as a legal intern in the Homeownership and Consumer Rights Unit at Community Legal Services, and a judicial intern in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

As a law student, Justin represented low-income clients in homeownership and utility matters in the Stern Community Lawyering Clinic at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and served as the Executive Symposium Editor of the Drexel Law  Review.

Justin received his J.D. summa cum laude from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Temple University.
