Joe Jampel represents nonprofits in the development and preservation of affordable housing as well as community groups working to ensure equitable development. He is also involved in a variety of policy initiatives to increase affordable housing supply and equity.
Joe has been named a Philadelphia Bar Association “Bar Star” (2021), a Billy Penn “Who’s Next: Real Estate and Housing” honoree (2018), and an Independence Foundation Fellow (2017-2019). As a presenter, he has spoken on topics including equitable development, affordable housing preservation, and housing policy. Joe is Vice Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Real Property Section.
Joe holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. from Harvard College. He lives in Philadelphia.
