Laura Schwartz and Mark Schwartz worked with partners across the state to help accomplish the doubling of the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) from $18M annually to $36M annually. NAP is a “[t]ax credit program to encourage businesses to invest in projects which improve distressed areas.” This work is complete.
