Kristina Klugar, RHLS Policy Director, published an article discussing Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) and highlighting the important role RHLS played in helping to revive this tax credit program.
The article is titled “TaxCredits Offer Law Firms & Companies Incentive to Support Revitalization Efforts” and was published in the The Philadelphia Lawyer in its Winter 2007 issue.
