On December 3, 2013, Asociación Puertorriqueños en Marcha (APM) joined with its partners, elected officials, and the community to celebrate the ribbon cutting for its latest development – Paseo Verde. RHLS staffers were on hand to help celebrate.
Paseo Verde is located next to the Temple University Regional Rail station at North 9th and Berks. The property contains 120 affordable and market-rate apartments and 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial and community space. The community space includes a primary care facility, social services, and a pharmacy. There is also an on-site technology education center. It is the first LEED-ND platinum development in the US.
