Through our Pennsylvania
Housing Law Project (PHLP), we address matters related
to landlord tenant law, foreclosures, fair housing, and state
and federal programs. We also work closely with the Pennsylvania
Utilities Law Project (PULP), a specialty project of the
Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN). PULP provides assistance
to legal services providers as well as individuals on energy
and utility matters.
