Kristina Klugar, Esq. Policy Director

Areas of Expertise: Kristina Klugar, based in RHLS' Glenside office, works on policy-related matters and oversees development- and communications-related activities.

Experience and Education: Kristina consulted for over 10 years to Philadelphia-area nonprofit organizations on program and resource development. After becoming an attorney, Kristina practiced law for several years prior to joining Community Legal Services as Director of Development & Communications and member of CLS' Management Team.

She recently spent time in Sweden working for Brakeley, Ltd., managing a two-year fundraising campaign.

Early in her career, Kristina worked as a Program Officer with The Pew Charitable Trusts where she recommended and managed grants in support of community and economic development in the Greater Philadelphia area and was responsible for a special initiative focused on promoting economic and agricultural development in Ghana and Senegal, West Africa.
