Harry S. Geller, Senior Counsel, Pennsylvania Utility Law Project

Harry has served as Senior Counsel to PULP since his retirement as PULP’s longtime Executive Director in June 2015.  With over four decades of legal aid experience, Harry continues to provide leadership, advocacy, training, consultation and support services in energy and utility matters within the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network and other nonprofit community agencies serving the low-income population.

Awards: Harry received the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Excellence Award in 2007.

Experience and Education:  Harry has served as a Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA), as a staff attorney for the New York City Legal Aid Society, and as a Director of Legal Services, Inc.   Harry received his law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University and has a B.A. from Harpur College, State University of New York at Binghamton.  Harry also attended New York University Law School, through the Urban Affairs and Poverty Law Volunteers In Service to America (“VISTA”) Program from 1969-1971.
