Phyllis E. Guillaume, Chief Financial Officer,
Director of Administration
Areas of Expertise: Phyllis Guillaume brought her considerable
fiscal and administrative experience to RHLS when she became
the CFO in 2000. She divides her time between the Harrisburg
and Glenside offices. Phyllis’ responsibilities include
preparing and interpreting financial information and supervising
fiscal and administrative staff. Phyllis also uses her professional
skills to provide accounting services for the Pennsylvania
Health Law Project.
