Areas of Expertise: John Gerhard is based in the Harrisburg
office of the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project (PULP) where
he provides advocacy, training, consultation and support services
in energy and utility matters affecting low income residents
of Pennsylvania.
Experience and Education: Before
coming to PULP, John worked at Community Legal Services where
he combined work as a staff attorney in the Energy Unit with
development work as the Interim Development Director. |
