Harry Geller, Esq. Executive
Director, Pennsylvania Utility Law Project
Areas of Expertise: As the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
Utility Law Project (PULP) based in Harrisburg, Harry Geller
provides advocacy, training, consultation and support services
in energy and utility matters within the Pennsylvania Legal
Aid Network and other non-profit community agencies serving
the low-income.

| Community Involvement: Harry presently serves as Chairman
of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Advisory
Committee to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of
Public Welfare, The Pennsylvania Energy Assistance and Weatherization
Coalition, and the Pennsylvania Legal Services Utility/Energy
Law Group. He also sits as a member of the of The Pennsylvania
Public Utilities Commission Consumer Advisory Council, Weatherization
and Energy Conservation Policy Advisory Council to the Department
of Community and Economic Development, and the PECO Universal
Services and Low Income Usage Reduction Program Advisory Committees.
Awards: Harry received the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network
Excellence Award in 2007.
Experience and Education: Harry has served as a Volunteer
in Service to America (VISTA), as a staff attorney for the
New York City Legal Aid Society, and as a Director of Legal
Services, Inc.
