Kim Dolan, Esq. Staff Attorney
Areas of Expertise: Kim Dolan joined RHLS in 2005 and works on
a variety of real estate development matters. She is developing
a specialty in low-income housing tax credits.
Experience and Education: Prior
to joining RHLS, Kim enjoyed a successful 11-year career in
private practice. Throughout her career as an attorney, Kim
maintained an active pro bono case load representing low-income
people in a variety of cases. She chaired the pro bono practice
group at White and Williams, where she was elected partner
in 2003. |
