RHLS Attorneys at 2012 Homes Within Reach Conference

Many RHLS attorneys will be attending the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania’s annual Homes Within Reach conference – a number of them will be moderating or presenting on panels during the conference. Make sure to double check the time/day information; this information may change.

Judy Berkman – Conservatorship: Taming the Beast. Does your community have a beastly property that has not responded to traditional code enforcement? Dina Schlossberg – Don’t Let Taxes Stop You: Making Real Estate Tax Assessments Work for You. Developers, lenders, investors and attorneys have witnessed a growing number of problematic tax assessments in LIHTC developments. Discover strategies that you can use to address assessment problems in your community, including how local government assessors in pockets of Pennsylvania are making assessments work in the favor of the community.
