Patrick Cicero, of the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project, will be speaking at the 2012 National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference in New Orleans!
The conference will be June 11-13, 2012, and Patrick will be on two panels: Saving Lives: Keeping Utility Service on in Medical Emergencies and Addressing Energy Affordability and Efficiency Challenges.
