Kristina Klugar, RHLS Policy Director, Mark Schwartz, RHLS Executive Director, and Steve Gold, a Philadelphia-based disability advocate wrote a new article titled “Making Tax Credits Work for the Disabled”. The article details challenges in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program to increasing the number of affordable, accessible properties and highlights successes in Pennsylvania. The article was publishes in Shelterforce in the Winter 2006 issue.
